After an international competition versus others agencies, Jihua Park chose Pueblo as its transversal strategy, marketing and creative agency. The goal of Pueblo for Jihua Park is to create a positioning, a unique identity, a design, an architecture, to do story-telling and to put in place all the BtoB and BtoC communication tools.

- 2012 : Creation of the brand : positioning, identity and global design
- 2013 : Operational Marketing / BtoB (commercial tools, introduction at the MAPIC,…)
- 2014 : Création des principes architecturaux et design, suivi des bureaux d’études, casting des animations et des services…
- 2016 : Grand opening, BtoC communication, BtoB communication
- 2022 : Goal : 35 Jihua Park centres all across China
Jihua Park is the retailtainment resorts’ new generation which obeys to 3 principles: the Sport Hub, a stunning entertainment centre and in-door sports (with a large choice of activity for everyone, a food court and specialized shops), a Hospitality Hub (with an hotel, some restaurants and a conference center) and of coursea Shopping Hub (with more than 200 shops which sell the most famous occidentals and orientals brands, both posh-discount and luxury).
